This service is only available to active U Mobile subscribers. -
How do I sign up for this service?
You can sign up via um.gamehub.my. -
What will I get if I renew my subscription?
With each successful renewal of your subscription, you will receive 3 credits. These credits will then be used to purchase the games you want. -
Why am I having difficulties purchasing a game?
Please ensure that there is sufficient credit in your Gamehub account and that your prepaid/postpaid line is active before attempting a transaction. -
If I do not renew my Gamehub subscription, what will happen to my existing credit?
No worries! Your credit will remain in your account. Once your subscription is re-activated, you will be able to access your balance once again. -
How do I unsubscribe to the service?
You can stop the service by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button on the Gamehub portal. You will receive an SMS for confirmation shortly afterwards. -
How do I know if my subscription payment is successful?
All payments will be made through U Mobile billing.
- For Prepaid users, the prepaid credit will be deducted once the purchase is completed.
- For Postpaid users, the deducted amount will be reflected in your phone bill.
